Pre-order Checklist
We have developed the following pre-order checklist to help customers ensure that the pit/pits they are about to order gives them what they need from economic and performance perspectives, both in the short and long run.
- Structural calculations - general calculations apply to reasonable ground bearing conditions. Site specific calculations with professional indemnity cover are available.
- Fabrication – is the pit being manufactured strictly in line with specification and will it be from an ISO 9001 manufacturer?
- Installation – be sure what installation costs are included in the price, for example who is paying for site preparation?
- Finish – how is the pit and the surrounding slab to be left?
- Accessories – what standard accessories are included in the price?
- Added safety features – what added safety features, such as safety lights and motorized covers, are available?
